If you are British and have been living with her for five years then see also 13.14 - Unmarried (i.e. opposite sex) and same-sex partners and how they qualify.

If you are British (or settled in the UK) and plan to marry in the Ukraine, then see also: MARRIAGE IN UKRAINE TO A UKRAINIAN NATIONAL: SOME ASPECTS OF PROCEDURE and 13.5 Spouses/civil partners and how they qualify

Documents that may be submitted together with Visa Application Form when applying for a visa (Marriage / Spouse / Civil Partnership Visas)

Note that with a UK spouse/unmarried partners visa, your wife/partner can work in the UK. She should initially enter the UK no later than 28 days (4 weeks) from the 'effective' date of her visa. Else, she may have to apply for a FLR(M) (further leave to remain) before applying for a SET(M) (indefinite leave to remain) in two years' time.

If you are British or settled here and can meet the normal financial and accommodation conditions, I don't see why an application for her to come on a fiance visa wouldn't be successful; or you could marry in Ukraine, and she could apply to come on a spouse visa, which would allow her to work on arrival. After two years of marriage she could apply for settlement.

However, when you say
i don't feel any reciprocation.
that leads me to think there's something else going on. I think you need to take a bit of time out to see where this relationship is going.

Vinny gave the basic link above. Perhaps if you would describe your situation in the UK, someone with experience should be able to give an idea how it would stand, or you could use the search facility here to find loads of similar cases. Basically if you're earning more than the benefit entitlement for a couple - about a hundred quid a week after your accommodation costs - and you've got accommodation in your own name - you should be OK. You need to be able to show a few months payslips, bank statements, and a tenancy/mortgage agreement. If you've got children or other dependents, obviously you need to have more money.

Where can i find out about the financial and accomodation conditions?
From 13.5 Spouses/civil partners and how they qualify:
Guidance on how to assess the above qualifications is given in the remainder of this chapter except for that on maintenance and accommodation which is given in Chapter 9.

What do you mean by 'been with'?

Living together?

Not being funny but have you actually met her yet, I know of many Anglo-FSU relationships where this hasn't happened...
