Reschedule VFS appointment

Hi,
My wife is applying for a Tier 2 G visa from India. Because of some issues she would not be able to make it on time for the appointment. Will it be possible to reschedule? Do we have to pay the fees again?
It is a bit urgent so will really be thankful for any kind of help.
