Spouse Settlement Visa Refused from India

Hi All,

I applied for my spouse settlement visa on 15-October and visa got rejected on 09-Nov due to the below reason.

Not meeting the financial requirements of 18600 per year as a director of Limited company and there is no proof of CT600 of my limited company.Produce 12 months bank statments which covers the the period same as CT600

I was a permanent employee till 24-Jul-2015 and joined as a contractor from my own limited company from 03-Aug-2015.I opened my Limited company on 16-Jun-2015.

Submitted payslips of permanent job from October-2014 till Jul-2015 and submitted payslips,and other Limited company documents from Aug-2015.

Not sure why they are asking CT600 for the company which is just two months old and not considering my Previous 10 Months Payslips.


To produce CT600 I can reduce my Company Financial year to jan-2016 and get CT600 and re-apply for Visa.But my question is does UKBA required just CT600 covering any period or CT600 require for 12 Months.Because they are asking for 12 months bank statments which covers the the period same as CT600.

I am worried that if they ask exact 12 months period for CT600 and reject visa again.

Please find the points from my refual letter

1)your sponsor CT600 and evidence it has been filed with HMRC@*eg:Electronic Acknowledgement from HMRC)
2)your sponsors registered company annual audited accounts or latest such accounts OR if the business is not required to produce the annual audited accounts,the latest unaudited accounts and an accountant certificate of confirmation,from an accountant who is a member of UK recognised supervisor body
3)your sponsors payslips and p60 if issued covering the same period as the CT600.Whilst it is acknowledged that you have submitted the payslips,you have not submitted the CT600,so it is not certain if they are for the same period as the CT600
4)Your sponsor Business bank statements for the 12 months period as the CT600.Whilst it is acknowledged that you have submitted the statements,you have not submitted the CT600,so it is not certain if they are for the same period as the CT600
5)Your sponsor Personel bank statements for the 12 months period as the CT600 showing the income from self employment has been paid into an account in the name of the sponsor or sponsor/you.Whilst it is acknowledged that you have submitted the statements,you have not submitted the CT600,so it is not certain if they are for the same period as the CT600
6)Your sponsor Dividend vouchersfor all the dividends paid for the period covered by the CT600 showing the company and persons details with the person net dividend amount and tax credit.
7)your sponsor personel bank account statement showing the dividends paid into account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly for the same period.

In view of the fact that you have not provided the specific evidence required in Appendix FM-SE to the immigration rules .I cannot calculate your 6 month or yearly gross salary as per E-ECP.3.1
