Tier 2 ICT Dependent Infant Visa from outside UK

Hello,

I am currently in UK on a Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer Long Term Staff Visa.
My spouse joined me in early 2014.

Both me and my wife have Biometric Resident Permit till end of 2018.

We are expecting a baby in early 2016, we have planned for delivery in India.
I wanted to know what all documents are required for UK Visa Application

We are thinking of:

• Payment of Visa application fees
• Original Passport and photocopy of Infant
• Birth certificate of Infant
• Photograph of infant (45 mm x 35 mm)
• Letter from employer confirming employment, letter should be less than 6 months old
• Letter from employer confirming maintenance requirement for first month, letter should be less than 3 months old
• Passport photocopy of both parents, with atleast one passport copy having name of the spouse
• Photocopy of Biometric Resident Permit of both parents

Is there anything missing or incorrect in above list? Please help

Looks fine.

Assuming birth certificate has both the parents name. Ensure its in English. If not, you need to get it translated in English and get it notarized.

Why the employment letter 6 months old? Take a recent one just in case.

Is there any other document required such as P60 form for the latest tax year or bank statement or anything else?


Edit - Do we also need to get a chest xray of the newborn baby?
