Requirements for extension

Hello,

I am sure that I have read an Home Office guidance that states

- if you have already provided evidence of maintenance during a previous Tier 2 applicant, you don't need to provide such evidence during an extension
- the dependants will only provide evidence of maintenance when the main applicant needs to do so. This applies whether it is a joint or separate application.

Please can anyone point me to the guidance?

When you fill the online application, the form completed will list the required documents you need to send.

I've recently done my extension under Tier2 and no extra documents asked except

1. Photo
2. Passport
3. BRP

same for your dependant
