Documents returned but some are missing after application

Hi all,

I have searched this thread but cant seem to find a link that i do remember seeing a few months ago to a email form that allowed you to submit if you have had documents returned but some are missing.

The only one i can find is one with the initial request to ask for documents back but nothing if you have had some returned and some have gone missing.

Does anyone have any experience of this and how i can go about requesting the rest of my documents are returned.

Extra Info - My application was a spouse visa and documents were sent to Sheffield, i am missing - photos, pay slips, bank statements among others.
