Switching Tier 1 entrepreneur To Tier 2 General

Hi,

I have one question
I am planning to switch Tier 2 General visa so when do I need to resign to my limited company? before applying to Tier 2 visa or once I got Tier 2 Visa
if I need to resign once I got visa in this case with in how many days do I?

Hi,
I think u need to close ur company or u should change the director of ur limited company Before going to switch ur visa to tier2 from tier1.As comapnies house would take certain time to do that, better you find with companies house abt how muc time will it take to change the director ,so that you can plan ur tier2 application launching date. And BTW its been couple of months since you posted this post, so can I ask you that have you switched your visa to tier2 ? Please update
