Tier 2 (ICT) - Joining Board of Directors

Hi All,

I am currently in UK with Tier 2 (ICT) visa, valid upto Nov 2017 . I want to buy 25% shares if my friends company and join as a board of directors. Am I eligible to do that with my current visa status?
