IHS fees for FLR O

What is the recent immigration health surcharge fee for FLR (O)? Is it £500 or £1000? Is the option needs to be selected while paying is 'Other or outside the rules compassionate grounds LTR'? It is really urgent and any help will be highly appreciated.
