12 Month Employment Duration

Hi,

I just need to know that, in case an individual is applying for ICT tier 2 long term visa, there is a restriction that the individual must be employed for more than 12 months with the organization, is there any other alternative for this. What if employment of individual is less than year but individual need to travel on ICT Tier 2 long term.
