Tier 2 Extention - 2135 - shortage list

Hi
I'm hoping someone can please reply to my query as I am about to apply for my Tier 2 visa Extention and very confused.
My current visa was granted in 2013 under SOC 2132 - however this has been changed to 2135 due to new classification of codes.
My worry is that the new SOC 2135 is under the shortage occupation list. I have only been working with my current company for 4 years. Will that have any problem in the Extention of the visa.
Hoping something can please help answer this query. Thanks in advance.
