Family visitor visa advise

Hi
I am planning to invite my parents to UK . Please advise on the below queries :
1) my mothers signature on the her passport is in native language and her signature on all other documents like property papers etc are in English . Please let me know if she needs an affidavit for this . Also what signature she should use for visa form and for biometric .
2) I am sponsoring my mothers visa including all her travel expenses . I also do do the regular transfer to her account as family support . Do I need to provide any proof regarding this transfer ? If yes please advise what is the acceptable document for this .
