Query on Tier 2 ICT Short term

Hi Team,

I am having the COS end date as 18th May 2015 but i returned back to India on 1st May 2015.

Now i have a requirement to go to UK with tier 2 ICT short term. Can i start processing my COS and Visa in the month of April with COS and Visa start date as 2nd May 2016?

Visa will be processed only as Short term and long term is not available for my salary limit.
