Hi,
I had had UK residence permit which expired by January 2011. Now I would like to apply for UK permanent residence certificate and I am not sure whether I should tell HO that I have had UK residence permit before and fill up sections 4,17,18 and 19 only or just not mention about it and go to sections 5,9,16,17,18 and 19 instead. I have tried to find some info on the net but I failed. Please let me know which way to choose.
