Assigned Unrestricted cos amendment. Urgent help plzzz

respected board members,

I need experts advise on this platform I got my unrestricted cos it's been assigned but my employer tick the following option as yes.

Job on client contract - yes

Does he has to say yes or no ???? is there any way I can do amendment on already assigned for this option please guys give me your advise because I have very short time to file this application ..
