Question on the financial requirement for family of a settle

Post by Whisky15 » Sat Feb 27, 2016 12:17 pm

I am in the process of completing my extension of stay as a family of a settled person in the UK. My husband's annual salary meets the financial requirement. I am also working. My question is, do I still have to declare my income when my husband has met all the financial requirement needed? I dont have all my payslips to back up my 6 month pay. Thank you for any advise on this.

You don't have to if your husband's salary alone is £18,600 or over.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
