Tier 2 General Early renewal - Start date

Hi Gurus ,

My current Tier 2 General expires on 24th June 2016 , I planned to renew it early and got a COS with a start date from 25th June 2016 till 25th June 2019

My company has already booked a priority one day appointment and the appointment is on March 16th 2016 .

I have a doubt whether the appointment date ( 1e 16 March ) will be a problem as it is more than 3 months from the start date ( i should apply on 25th march for it be be exactly 3 months ) . My Employers immigration says that it is not a problem as it is an extension application .

I am really concerned whether i need to change the appointment date or not . Kindly advice
