ICT Visa v/s General Employment Permit

Post by hk2014 » Mon Mar 07, 2016 11:47 pm

Hi,

I am an Indian national currently working in UK on ICT visa. I have got a role in Ireland through my same employer and I need to initiate my ICT visa to Ireland. I am aware that as part of Visa documents required, I need to submit 6 months of payslip of my home country.

My home country is though India but I do not have the Indian pay slips as I have been working in UK from past 2 years. The Irish immigration laws does not allow me to apply for ICT visa while I am in UK so my UK payslips won't be accepted. I am fine to end my current work assignment in UK, move back to India and apply for Irish ICT visa but the only challenge is that I do not want to wait for 6 months to collect the payslips and then apply for visa. By that time the role will no longer be open.

Please can you suggest, if there is any other alternate way that can suffice the home country pay-slips?

Cheers
HK
