How long FMRS takes?

How long FMRS takes?

Hi all! Im just about to apply for FMRS. i have some questions:
1. i am curious how long doest it normally take? I need to travel in 2 months time:( is it possible to speed them up?
2. What are the grounds for refusing it?
3. After it expires can i apply again next year? or it has to be EEA2 then?
