FLR (FP) application and change of circumstances

Post by Alihamza2016 » Fri Mar 11, 2016 10:35 am

I am british citizen and applied for my wife's FLR(FP) visa around 6 weeks ago, I was company director and I was claiming working and child tax credits that time and I mentioned both tax credits in application form , but now I have resigned and applied for Job seekers allowance and looking for a new job.

Do I need to report this change of circumstances to home office? any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

Under what grounds did your wife apply for FLR(FP) instead of FLR(M)?

Yes, but I was asking why your wife has not been able to meet the requirements for FLR(M)? :?:

Your wife's signed declaration in her FLR(FP) application includes:
I confirm that if, before this application is decided, there is a material change in my circumstances or new information relevant to this application becomes available, I will inform the Home Office

You will have to notify the HO that you are now claiming JSA. They may well find out anyway, when they carry out verification checks.
