residential qualifying period

Post by farrukh786786 » Fri Mar 18, 2016 8:11 pm

I have a question about residential qualifying period.
I had student visa in 2011 which had expiry of 31st January 2011 but I applied for my flr(m) application on 12 January 2011 before my student visa got expire.
My flrm refused at 12 April 2011 and I lodged an Appeal at 27 April 2011 and won it at 30th May 2011.
Got my settlement visa in 16th August 2011.

Kindly please guide me as during this whole period i.e. from February to August , I had no valid visa but my appeal is on going and I had been in UK .Can I qualify in this period and provide Judge declaration for evidence of this.
And for residential period can I provide the notice of hearing from FTT which issued to me on my previous residential address.

Please guide me .really grateful to everyone.
