Corporation tax - CT41G

Hi All.... in guidelines it says to prove that company is registered for corporation Tax send original CT41G. is CT41G the one which we sent to HMRC at the time of registration ? then how can i send original to HO?

can i send CT620 ACK instead to fulfil that requirement?

CT41G is the welcome letter sent by HMRC after a new company registered at company house, the letter contain important information and Unique Tax Refrence for the company.
Any other document shows UTR will fulfill the requirement, for example CT600 etc...

Why don't you send CT600 instead ?

Thanks for ur reply and suggestion, only last year ct600 will be fine or all 3 years? And my accountant does it online and i ve seen there is box for one person to sign that we are entrepreneurs team, will it be a problem if signed by only one director?

One copy proves you are registered for CT. Any of the directors can sign it.
