Smudged H1B visa photo - is that OK?

Smudged H1B visa photo - is that OK?

I have an H1B visa in my passport but because it is only on paper my photo has got smudged so I'm not really recognizable.

Is this OK for going in and out of the US? I'm guessing the info on my visa is also in my microchip in my passport... Has anyone else experienced this?
