Maintenance for Tier2 Dependant

Hello Gurus,

I'm living in UK from 2012 July on ICT Long term visa.My wife also was working in UK via ICT-Dependant route.
Now my wife got a sponsorship from an A rated company and she made an entry clearance
through Tier2 Gen Shortage Occupation Route.

Me and my kids are planning to switch to Tier2 migrant Dependant visa asap.

A. What is the fund maintenance requirement for the Tier2 Gen. Dependants while applying from with in UK?
B. Can me and my kids use the maintenance letter issued by my wife's employer ?
C. Can we process our three applications one after one basis ?
D. Is there any requirement for IELTS for an Adult Tier2 General dependant ?
