Business account problem

Dear Members,

I have Ent-200k visa, I have a limited company. In the last week I transferred 90k to my business account with Barclays. I checked the account yesterday and the balance was £0.0, and there was no money in my account, the bank took all money from my account, the reason in the statement is (Debit
TO RECONCILE COVENTRY OPS 05 ADV ), I called the bank and no one gives me an answer, one of their staff said do not try because we do not have an answer.
The money is from my personal account in my country and I transferred it via a registered exchange company in London, this company has my personal bank statement and the source of money, all documents available.
I do not know what I can do.
Please advise

This is really not an immigration issue query, please contact your bank manager and follow it up with him/her. Also be aware that banks are under pressure to perform anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measures particularly when they see suspicious money transactions and money transferred from outside.

The bank called me today and the did the investigation, they returned my money back to my account.
