When will my cos arrive

Hi All,

My employer has requested unrestricted cos on 29th March and I am desperately waiting for it. This was because they didn't had quota. Now I am panic when will it arrive and I have heard three responses and want someone to help which one looks appropriate

1: It can take any where between two working days to fourteen working days and I should look for 19th April as max.

2: It can take a very long time and three months.

3: : Because sixth April is coming and the quota is refreshed so employer will get unrestricted cos for the upcoming year and we should look for 7th April

All responses are slightly different so will love to hear from gurus which one looks most appropriate and when should I aim for

I am not looking for exact dates but opinions of any one
