EU citizen wants to marry fiancé who is US citizen and Live

Hi there, I’m kind of new to this, but I hope this will be a helpful experience.

Let me tell you about my case, I’m Dutch and live/work in London, my fiancé lives in the States. We would like to get married and settle here in the UK, but first time when she tried to enter the country they have refused her and told her she needs an entry clearance or fiancé visa. But there are so many issues applying for a visa, I’ve been here less than 2yrs, and also haven’t applied for the registration card?
So my question really is, someone HELPPPPP me! please
