Tier 2 ILR salary criteria

Hi Friends,

I have Quick question , the eligibility for ILR to Tier 1 visa holders is different from Tier 2 General category? because Tier 1 holders should show £35000 as their Earnings and their over time will also be considered, so i would like to know whether its 'GROSS SALARY' or 'EARNINGS' ?

As i will working overtime , can i show that as add up to the £35000 my current salary is £31000 , if ukba consider the overtime then i can apply for an ILR .
