One-off Work/Assignment on Tier 2

Hi All,
I am working under Tier 2 General and have been offered to do some work for another organisation which will be paid as a one-off payment. Am I allowed to undertake such ad-hoc work?

AIUI only if releated to your current work-type limited to 20 hrs a week and PAYE only, ie not self-employed or via your won Ltd.
