As you applied for ILR under 10 year long residency, your wife will have to switch to a FLR(M) visa. This will reset her immigration clock and put her on a new 5 year route to ILR (2.5 + 2.5 years). She will also have to pay the NHS surcharge of £500 online before submitting her visa application.
Ensure she has passed an A1 level English test from the UKVI approved list.

Hi,
thanks all for your advice, I would like to know if my financial situation will affect her case; I mean that I can only show four month salary of approximately 1,600pound/month as this is my first Job.

You need to earn £18,600 per annum if you are in salaried fixed contract employment..if your pay vary each month and are in non slaried employment and earn £9,300 in 6 month with same emplyer then you can apply and need to show last 6 month payslips as well as bank statement
