WP and Part time job

Hi All

Could you please guide me throgh, I am stuck in a dilemma. During my 2nd WP-I worked part time (not in the same profession, the WP was granted for) along with my authorised normal full time job.

Unfortunately during my third WP, HO asked for 3 reference because application was Tier 2 and my current employer asked this P/T employer to give reference becasue it hapens to be my employer when I was on a studnet visa. So HO got record of this P/T job.

But my 3rd WP for this current employer was granted and I have completed 5 years, now my fear is if I apply for ILR- Will it be declined? I think yes it will be but I dont want to waste my £950 so I am thinking to get my file from HO so I can see whats in there.

If I ask for my file- will they think somethiing is wrong there?
What is the procedure of getting this file?
Can any professional person like Victoria help me in obtaining this ILR- I am happy to pay the fees ?

The Home Office is within their rights to refuse you if you have previously worked in breach of your leave, and there would be little I could do about that.

Thanks Victoria, I appreciate your time. I m ajust wondering why HO granted me another WP. Do they keep record of all references? If I ask for my file-will it be in there?
Whats the address to send a request for my file please?

I'm not sure why they granted the extension, i was wondering that myself.

There is an address for SAR requests somewhere on the Home Office website.
