Hi Gents
I am on TIER 2 ICT Visa long term and looking to switch to tier 2 general . I have already got offer for contracting position within West Midlands (UK). Currently I am employed and working in UK on Tier2 ICT Long Term VISA.

1. Can i switch to Tier2 general from Tier 2 ICT ? If so how much is cooling period and what's the process?
2. Do you know any agencies in uk who can provide me with tier 2 general VISA on contracting position?

can you please help me with above questions?

Contracting through agencies / umbrella companies is no longer allowed under Tier 2.

depending on when your ict was first given, you can not switch. u have to exit the country, spend 1 year cool of time and then apply.
secondly, the contracting stuff that you are talking about, it is illegal
