Hi if anyone can help.
I'm about to apply for child tax credit.
My question Is : will it affect my wife further leave to remain visa ..i am British citizen

It won't as long as you apply in joint names.

Hi casa I did apply for child benefit on my name only but will be applying for child tax credit in joint claim

Then you're claiming correctly and it won't affect your wife's FLR(M) application.
