Schengen Visa help! (as Canadian Permanent Immigrant)

Hi,

I will be applying for a Schengen visa in two months time with a Philippine Passport. What are my chances of a visa approval if...

I do not provide Certificate of Employment (I will be leaving the company; the letter needs to state when I will be back at work which I won't)

I have a new Canadian Permanent Immigration Visa (the reason I will be leaving my company)

Detailed Facts:

- already had 2 Schengen visas from Germany (I gave a clean Certificate Employment to them)

- Proof of Funds were as from the last one, I have 100 euros x the no days I will be there.

- I will leave my company to migrate to Canada of which I have no permanent job/settlement there .

- Before migrating to Canada and after leaving the company, will do a trans-siberian from Hong Kong to one of the Schengen countries. I do not need to declare employment for a Russian visa and a second visa application to China
