Tier 2 General dependant child born out of UK

Hi,
Could you please help with below info.

I am currently in UK on Tier 2 General Visa (3 years),
My child was born in India, My wife already has PBS Dependant visa, we will have to apply for my child's dependant visa from India,
going to apply through link https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/Home/ApplyForSomeoneElse

1) Am i correct in selecting
Reason for Visit = Work
Visa Type = Tier 2 (General) Visa
Visa Sub Type = General Child, up to 3 years.

2)It would be great if someone has a link to step by step guide and required documentation.

3) Do we need to get certificate for TB check for child.

4) Approx visa processing time (from Chennai VFS)
