T1E 200k Job Creation

Hi all, I'm on my 2nd year of the T1E 200k initial period (post Apr 2014). I started my current business within 6 months of getting the visa and has already hired two employees for around 5 months. However, things didn't go very well. I'm considering shutting it down and move on to other business. If I do this, does the two new jobs created by the new business need to be full 12 months long ? Could the job creation of 5 months x 2 from the old company partially contribute to the requirement of HO ?
