Tier 1 entrepreneur visa come under point base categorie and you can not simply score full points if missing maintenance funds for extension. Although applicants need to maintain required level of funds but this will be relevant before extension process is due and candidate have to show 90 consecutive days (no more then 31 days old) bank statement before extension application.
