UK Spouse Visa - Schengen

Hopefully some one has the answer to the following question:

My wife is here on a UK Spouse Visa (initial entry clearance for 30 months) which is valid till 02/09/16. She currently also holds a Schengen Visa for all participating states with multiple entries which expires 28/08/16.

We are planning to travel to Paris on the 28/07/16-30/07/16 which falls within the validity of the Schengen visa and her UK visa, however I have read some where that she must have 3 months of validity on her UK visa beyond the expiry date of the Schengen visa to travel to France. Can any one confirm if this is true? As you can see that her UK visa expires days after her Schengen visa expires. We will be applying for the FLR(M) in August after the Paris trip.
