Tier 2 Dependant Visa

Hello, I have some questions for the Tier 2 General Partner visa application we will be doing for my wife.

I have been in the UK under Tier 2 - General visa for 1.5 years. We got married on last Feb and we plan her arrival to UK at 31st of May with me (I will go Turkey for additional wedding party we will have with friends and planning to return back to UK on 31st of May together).

When we are filling out the online application form some points were not really clear so I wanted to ask to be sure.

1) Should the "Passport and travel information" & "Personal details and travel history" sections be filled with her information? As far as I can see from other posts in the form, it should be filled with her information. But just wanted to be sure.

2) Should the family details section be filled with her information as well? There are 3 mandatory sections there which are spouse, father and mother. I guess the spouse information should be my wife's and for the father and mother those should be her mother and father' information not mine. Am I right?

3) As I have come here before her and she will be joining me later I guess the answer for "Are you accompanying the main applicant or joining them later?" this question in Main Applicant section should be joining later?

4) Additional questions which is not relevant to form itself, does she have to pass any English language test? I passed it for getting Tier 2 but as far as I can read from the guideline there is no requirement for her. Can someone share any info about this?

As far as I can see from the other topics in the forum, first 2 sections are about her. On the family details the spouse info is my info, father and mother is her mother and father.

The people creating those online forms must consider working together with a UI / UX consultant for sure. It's really really confusing.
