EEA PR - Full history or last 5 years

I'm an EEA national from an A8 country, Czech Republic.

I entered the UK in Mar 2007, worked as an au-pair for 1 year, was self-sufficient for 2 years, then worked in an office job, which I still have. During the period in which I was self-sufficient I didn't have comprehensive sickness insurance.

To be clear, I've held the same office job for the last 6 years.

For the PR application form, do I have to fill out my complete history from Mar 2007, or can I just fill out my history for the last 5 years.

I'm concerned that my application will be rejected because of my lack of comprehensive sickness insurance 7 years ago.

Did you have WRS? If yes, then you acquired PR by operation of law one year ago (after working for 5 consecutive years); if not, then you acquired PR status in May 2016.
You cannot be rejected because you did not have CSI in the past as long as you can produce 5 consecutive years of exercising treaty rights (which you can as a worker).
Just give details of your 5 qualifying years - you can mention the previous years as well if you want, it won't change the outcome of your application as long as you make clear to the caseworker that you are applying based on your 5 years as a worker

You should not be rejected due to lack of CSI if you have an alternative qualifying period.

However, as you are an A8 national you were supposed to register with WRS before 2011. Did you do this?
If not your PR clock will only have started after April 2011 (when WRS had ended).

Other members have reported success by simply filing details from their qualifying period onwards, rather than the whole time they have spent in UK.

I don't have WRS. Last year, my application for citizenship (based on my 6-year marriage to a British citizen) was rejected because I didn't have WRS. My appeal based on the 'unlawful' extension to the WRS was also rejected.

I'm applying for PR, because this is now a prerequisite for the citizenship application.

Then you can apply for confirmation of PR now, based on the period from 1st May 2011 to 1st May 2016 as it has now been 5 years since WRS ended. Once you have received your DCPR, you can shoot straight for citizenship again if you wish as you are married to a BC.
