Replacement BRP 2016

Hello all,

I was wondering whether someone has gone through the process of a Replacement BRP recently, (within the last month or so), I lost my BRP on holiday, I got a single entry Visa back into UK. I applied for a replacement BRP on 31.03.2016. I got a reply back after a week or so, then 08.04.2016, I provided my Biometrics.

However, since then I have not heard anything from the replacement department. I was wondering whether some guidance could be given. I need to travel abroad pretty soon, who can I contact or any idea how long it will be before I get the card. I should also add that I've been granted BC but I haven't gone through the ceremony as yet. I am in a predicament at the moment. Any help would be very much appreciated.
