Search box disappears when logging in

Hi,

Have I missed something when signing up that you can only use search on the forums after a certain amount of posts? When not logged in there is a search box in the top right but this disappears when I log in.

I believe the search function is unavailable until a member has 30 or more posts as to prevent spamming to members.

I've tested the OP's permissions. The search function is indeed unavailable.
