Coz your accountant is not applying for visa and HO wants the applicant to verify what you are submitting is authentic and if HO wants u you to seen then just sign it instead of your accountant and HO rules can be different from accountancy rules.

Thank you very much for your reply, it is very helpful.

One more Question: Table 3b2 for employment creation:
For one full time job creation, can i get same employee with different hourly rate paid to fulfill job creation and mention under One Job, or I need need to mention same employee to Job 2 as hourly rate changed?

Your assistance will be of big help

Many Thanks

I am not expert but as far i know you have to mention in different column from where the pay changes and as long you pay your employee minimum wage you should be fine just mention all hours and pay rate and HO will calculate its hours.

- Your FPS report does not need to be signed by any accountant. Simply sign it yourself as correct
- RTI (Real Time Information) is a digital system of HMRC for payroll. ALL employers must connect to RTI and submit their PAYE information to HMRC that way.
- FPS (Full Payment Submission) is the actual data about your payroll payments submitted to the HMRC via the payroll software (who is starting/leaving, payments made, taxes/NI due, .. etc)
Sample FPS report produced by a payroll software: http://www.moneysoft.co.uk/images/guide ... 55x604.png
