IHS health surcharge

Hello senior members,

I have paid for the Ihs surcharge and it asked me to add dependant details if any which i added and paid for total amount of 1800 for all 3 of us.

I have received an email with one IHS ref number. Can you please advise if i am going to fill the same IHS reference for my 2 x depedants. Am i doing it correctly, any advise will be highly appreciated.
