flr(FP) partner route application was approved at Sheffield PEO. Went with partners passport, biometric card and children's british passport and their birth certificate. Stated that applicants passport is elsewhere in the homeoffice.
A solicitor helped in filling the form and writing the cover letter. Went with proof of daily child care responsibility (letters from school, clubs, home office nhs etc), Proof of co-habitation, and proof of income (this does not qualify for flr(m)
Although I was positive that the application will be successful but never expected that the decision could be given on the same day due to passport unavailability. Waited for about 3 hours after the biometrics were taken before the long awaited news was received.
I thank God that the journey of 3 years with Home office has finally ended.
