Hi can u plz inform me after how many days working or living ireland a eu citizen can claim unemployment benefits. My wife work ireland 8 months and recently she lost job.now can u plz suggest me how can she maintain free movement directive in ireland.can she caiman social benefit or she ok without job beca use i m working full time.i hold eufam stamp 4.

Are you planning on remaining in the State or are you on SS route?

The non-EEA dependent national cannot sponsor the EEA national (sponsor).
And worker/self-employed status is required for SS to be recognised back in UK (if doing SS and planning on returning to UK).

No I like to stay ireland. But how many days eu citizen unemployment acceptable for non eu spouse hold stamp 4 eufam .

She apply so many jobs but didn't get any positive reply from employer.is any problem in my holding eu stamp 4 eufam.but she looking job last 4 months
