I'm an Indian national married to a British citizen. I got a schengen visa (from Italian embassy) valid for 6 months in March as an EU spouse travelling with my husband. We travelled to Europe in March. I then, officially changed my name to my married name in April and got a new Indian passport with my married name. We've had sudden plans to travel to Europe (Spain) again at the end of June.
Please could someone let me know if I will be able to travel with the valid Schengen visa in my maiden name on my old passport (with maiden name), an ILR which is also still in my maiden name and my new passport in my married name if take all these plus marriage certificate issued by UK and travel with my husband in June?
I live in the Midlands so going to London is a big inconvenience at the moment. I know I have 3 months from 21st April to sort out my ILR but was hoping to be able to travel before I do that. Will I be able to enter UK back with ILR in maiden name?
Thanks for your time.
