Passport Collection - Islamabad

Hi,

I have applied for spouse visa(Islamabad) and and my passport is ready for collection, but am not able to collect the passport at the moment.

Can someone else collect it on my behalf if I write a letter? What else is needed?

Give authority letter to that person who will collect passport plus his originival CNIC plus case submission receipts.....so he can collect passport on ur behalf
