Investment before Visa Issue Date

Post by ishfaqsangra » Fri May 13, 2016 4:57 pm

I invested £4000 into business account when I set up Company. The Director's Loan is in place and transactions are identifiable from personal to business account
But I applied showing availability of £50,000 and did not applied under funds already invested to avoid sending Un-audited accounts etc. and keep it simple.

Now I have transferred 40,000 as Directors Loan after visa date March 2014 ,I am assuming that I can submit the Director Loan for that 4000 before visa was granted(which is within the 12 month period before application as guidance says, was in Nov/Dec 2013 and Visa issued in March 2014).

Am I right to include that or Should I exclude that?

Additionally, From Nov 2013-March 2014 I did receive salary of around £3000 from company. So if I exclude that investment, that £3000 remuneration will count or remuneration starts after visa date?

I hope my question is understandable to comment but if not I will try to clarify.

Thanks in advance to every one on this forum especially to those who actively response and give their valuable time to this Forum.

Can be included as long as you have evidence for it
Additionally, From Nov 2013-March 2014 I did receive salary of around £3000 from company. So if I exclude that investment, that £3000 remuneration will count or remuneration starts after visa date?
If it came from your investment then it must be excluded from your investments.

Thanks Zimba for input.
That Salary
Came from investment as there has not been any profit in year1.not in year2 both ending Oct 14 and Oct15 respectively
. But I m expecting profit this year so the salary after October 15 will be from profit. Can I exclude that from reimbursement?

Your salary must come from your profits only. I highly advise against taking salaries until extension is done
