Can she come back without any restriction ?

My Mrs dependent visa need extending in October 2016 and we have plans to go back to our home country for 4 weeks holidays in august.

Need to know if there should be any problem if she returns back or any law regarding that. Just curious.

I am a British citizen.

She will be fine provided she returns before the end of her visa.

But if she is delayed, even by an unforeseen event, such as the eruption of Icelandic volcano, she will need to apply for a new entry clearance.
